Free Productivity Tools We Love

The following are some FREE productivity tools and what they’re good for. Each title is linked 🙂

A freemium login manager that stores encrypted passwords online. Also used as a browser plugin, LastPass will change the way you share account passwords with colleagues forever. With a simple email invite, the login information is automatically saved on their end.

A file hosting service that offers cloud storage, file synchronization, personal cloud, and client software. A streamlined product for safely saving files for internal use and delivering encrypted client assets, all in one place.

A true lifesaver! A project management application. A project board of lists, filled with cards, used by you and your team. You can invite as many people to your board as you need, all for free. Drag and drop people to cards to divvy up tasks. Everyone sees the same board and the whole picture all at once. With checklists and due dates, you will no longer miss important tasks and upcoming deadlines. AND everything automatically syncs with your calendar!

Basically, email marketing made simple. It’s easy to create campaigns that connect with your audience at the right time and the right place. And it’s completely FREE up to 2,000 subscribers!  With design and automation tools, there is no good reason not to have an email list for weekly or monthly newsletters/campaigns.

Essentially, this is an iPhone app that automates Instagram posts. A great tool for consistent posting on your business page so you never miss a day! The free version allows for up to three queued posts (almost a whole week’s worth of content!). Simply upload your photo and get your caption all set up and you’re good to go.

If you’re a DIY’er this list is a great jumpstart to a new strategy of internal and social productivity. All of these tools are completely free with options to upgrade, but only when you NEED to!
