Samantha Rutherford, Agency Operations Director
Since joining Leverage Marketing in 2020, Samantha has played a pivotal role in streamlining operations and enhancing the agency’s project management capabilities. Her new role will see her taking on increased responsibilities, from team leadership and business operations to creative workflow management and client project oversight. Samantha’s diverse background, including a political science degree and a dynamic career shift from human resources to marketing, has uniquely equipped her to lead at Leverage. Rising from Client Services Coordinator to Agency Operations Director in just four years, her journey is a testament to her versatility and determination.

Steffany DeVoursney, Web Development & Art Manager
Joining as a freelance graphic designer in 2021, Steffany quickly became an invaluable asset to Leverage. Since becoming a full-time employee in 2022, she has mastered web development and is managing all web and design aspects, including hosting and technology maintenance. Steffany’s perfect blend of a technical mind and a keen eye for design led her to oversee all art designed in the agency. “Steffany’s unique talents bridge the gap between technology and art, making her an integral leader as our Web Development & Art Manager,” said Missy Richeal. “She is an incredibly talented team member exceeding the agency’s standards of creativity and an example of what it means to be a lifelong learner. “ she added.
Kate Ford, Digital Marketing Manager & PPC Specialist
Kate initially joined Leverage as a Digital Content Specialist. She has rapidly acquired PPC and digital ads expertise, resulting in significant in-house capabilities. “Kate’s expertise in PPC and content creation has greatly optimized our digital strategies and enriched our client engagements. Her planning skills, proactive approach, and ongoing professional development are central to our mission to deliver excellent work,” noted Richeal. Kate manages all digital advertising efforts, including overseeing PPC campaigns and social ads.
