Hello! I’m Bethany, Leverage’s Marketing Coordinator and newest hire. I recently joined the Leverage team, moving from a part-time contractor to a full-time client and marketing coordination position. My workload includes meeting with multiple clients daily, from communicating to writing projects to scheduling and executing social media and strategy sessions. I definitely enjoy the variety each new day brings! Here is a little more about me:
Five Things About Bethany
1. I am a podcast lover
In my car, on a walk, during a run or workout, I skip the music and go straight to a podcast. I listen to everything from comedy and educational health and lifestyle podcasts to local church sermons. There is no podcast I don’t listen to!
2. Chipotle is my life.
I would trade any meal for Chipotle. My bowl is embarrassingly plain, so its contents will have to remain a mystery. But I will never say no to Chipotle – I could eat it for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or dessert. Sometimes, I even drive to locations that are farther away because I know the workers are more generous with their portions.
3. My car is older than me.
I drive a 1997 Toyota Corolla. I can handle the lack of Bluetooth, no A/C, and frozen doors in the winter, but not being able to drive over 65 mph on the highway was always the worst. Unfortunately, my car recently died the day after I wrote this blog! I am currently searching for a new one if anyone has any suggestions!
4. I live with my best friends.
As a recent college graduate, I luckily still am at the stage of life where I live with my closest friends! This means every day after work and every weekend is a hangout. Most of our evenings are filled with dinners together, quick trips to the ice cream shop, card games, and lots of movie nights.
5. I love board games.
My perfect night would be spent playing one board game after another. Monopoly is my all-time favorite board game, but it’s hard to find people willing to make that type of time commitment. I am a great Euchre partner and am always preparing words that will score the highest number of points for my next Scrabble match.
