Hello! I’m Steffany, Leverage’s Lead Web Designer. I began with the Leverage team as a graphic design freelancer before coming on full time with their design team in March 2022. This past year, my interest in web design grew, leading me to my current role as Lead Web Developer!
Five Things About Steffany
1. I am a Muralist.
In addition to my design work in the digital world, I am also a muralist! I’ve painted a handful of murals around West Michigan for various local businesses and homes.
2. I LOVE to cook!
I have to admit I am a bit of a foodie. Cooking allows me to get creative and work with my hands in a way that is different from design, painting, or drawing. I am always down to try new recipes and see what tweaks I can make to take a dish from good to great! In the future, I plan to have a large garden to handpick any produce I need.
3. The beach is my happy place.
Some of my favorite days are when I get to swim in Lake Michigan and watch the sunset with my senior dog, Sluggo!
4. Outdoor adventuring is my jam.
I absolutely love to travel, especially if my trip involves skiing in the mountains. I recently spent time skiing in Utah at Brighton, Snowbird, Alta, Deer Valley, Snowbasin, and Solitude. During this trip, I was also able to ski at Jackson Hole in Wyoming and Snowmass in Colorado. I also enjoy anything that puts a little wind in my hair, from boating to rollerblading to driving with my JEEP top down.
5. I love live music.
Some of my favorite concerts have been Mt. Joy, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Wailers, and Fleetwood Mac.
