With the complexity of the industry, Leverage saw the opportunity to simplify and modernize the Generation Care website and marketing efforts without taking away from their extensive services provided.
By understanding both the consumer and the business, Leverage was able to find balance between what patients and referring physicians wanted to see. Understanding new laws that allowed patients to personally choose their own clinics steered us in a user-friendly direction that made information easy and accessible.
